A dedicated Home Assistant hub, with devices installed and paired into a proper Zigbee mesh, configured with the automations you actually asked for, and backed up automatically every day.

03 / Support

Walkthrough & ongoing care

A hands-on walkthrough of your new system, plus an optional monthly Care Plan for remote monitoring, updates, and priority scheduling.

What it isn't

  • Not a 24/7 service — response is same-day for issues reported before 3 PM, next business day after
  • Not alarm or security monitoring — nobody is watching your cameras or dispatching police
  • Not free on-site visits — house calls are billed at the discounted hourly rate plus the standard trip fee
  • Not hardware warranty — device defects go through the manufacturer (I'll help you file)
